The Lange family have had a stall at St Andrew’s resource centre and have been serving customers there since 1988. They sell their own delicious, freshly, picked leafy green vegetables -their mixed salad leaves are famous and never bettered! Onions, carrots, courgettes, peppers, celery, garlic, mushrooms and more …and a vast array of delicious organic fruits as well as other Irish organic producers food such as Mossfield and Oisin House cheeses and Butler’s organic eggs from Carlow.
They also sell stuffed and pitted organic olives and Highfield pressed apple juice from Kilkenny. They are longstanding Bridgestone Award holders and are recognised by Eurotoques for their contribution to Irish foods. George’s Patisserie
